The
Hancock Video Lifeline Cable Services option assists
residential customers who are receiving social benefits
and experiencing financial hardship*. Lifeline provides
a reduced channel line-up (channels 3-13, plus 98) for
$10.95 per month for current and new customers. To be
eligible, a customer must meet state income criteria
and provide that proof of income, OR a customer must
be enrolled in one of the programs listed below and
provide proof of enrollment. For more information about
Cable Lifeline and other services available to low income
customers, please contact our business office at: 607-637-2568. (All pricing and programming are subject to change.)
For
our New York Customers:
Income criteria: at or below 100% of the U.S. Census
Bureau poverty level guidelines. Participants must meet
the above income criteria OR be enrolled in one of these
programs:
- Food
Stamps
- Veterans
Disabilities Pension (non-service related)
- Veteran’s
Surviving Spouse
- Home
Relief
- Supplemental
Security Income (SSI)
- Home
Energy Assistance Program (HEAP)
- Medicaid
- Aid
to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC)
For
our Pennsylvania Customers:
Income
criteria: at or below 135% of the U.S .Census Bureau
poverty level guidelines. Participants must meet the
above income criteria OR be enrolled in one of these
programs:
